Services
SimplyGood provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. Every project begins with a written quote describing the scope, price, and timeline. The quote is the agreement — work outside it is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
Projects are typically split 50% to begin and 50% at launch. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. Your quoted price holds for the agreed scope.
Ownership
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables: design files, code, content, and accounts created for your project (domain, hosting, analytics). We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Revisions & acceptance
Quotes include two rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise. A project is considered accepted when you approve it in writing or when it goes live at your request.
Warranties & liability
We fix defects in our work free of charge for 30 days after launch. We are not liable for third-party services (hosting providers, ad platforms, plugins) or for business results, which depend on factors beyond any website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
